DOT physicals

DOT physicals are done in accordance with FMCSA guidelines. Both our doctors on staff perform these physicals, and include everything needed for your re-certification or first certification for your DOT physical card. With the ability to do lab in office, all of the additional testing you may need will be done the same day. Typical time for a thorough exam is 30-45 minutes.

Nutritional Advice

Some chronic diseases have been proven to be helped by a drastic change in nutrition. Here at Stine Chiropractic we use whole food plant based options to complement your care. We also have a certified vegan chef in office!

Spinal Manipulation

We use diversified technique which is performed with a high velocity low amplitude manipulation to enhance joint biomechanics, stimulate mechanoreceptors, and aid in the restoration of normal joint motion.

Flexion distraction technique which is done to increase nutrition of the disc by stretching the disc which aids in delivering nutrients into the disc called imbibition. It also helps with restoring the normal gliding motion of the posterior facet joints that are commonly irritated with repetitive motions and sustained postures.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

To complement and enhance the healing effects of spinal manipulation treatment, we at Stine Chiropractic Clinic also provide the following physiological therapeutic procedures:

Cryotherapy (Ice)
Moist Heat Therapy
Interferential Current (IFC)
Electric Muscle Stimulation
Ultrasound
Mechanical and Manual Traction

Radiology Services

These are done on site and help the doctors evaluate for any congenital anomalies, fractures, comorbidities (arthritis, etc.), and predisposing postural abnormalities. The x-rays taken on your first visit will typically be interpreted and explained to you on the initial visit.

Lab Services

Blood drawing (venipuncture) is performed on site and sent to the lab to aid in the diagnosis of any comorbidities that may be present such as diabetes, arthritis, thyroid malfunction, blood clot, etc. We also use this to evaluate for systemic issues that may be mimicking a musculoskeletal issue.

Lifestyle Advice

We often find it helpful to “coach” our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most.
